The Portuguese Podengo Pequeno Association (PPPA) may photograph, record video, or capture audio at events, activities, gatherings, and programs for educational, archival, and promotional purposes.

I hereby grant to the Portuguese Podengo Pequeno Association (PPPA), its officers, directors, members, representatives, volunteers, and assigns, the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media in which I, my minor child(ren), and/or my dog(s) may appear, for lawful purposes including but not limited to club publications, websites, social media, educational materials, promotional content, and archival records.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any written or electronic copy that may be used in connection with such media. I release and hold harmless PPPA from any claims, demands, or liability arising out of or related to the use of such media, including any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or compensation.
